LP3 organized the fourth PPS staff retreat in Lund

The distributed national research infrastructure Protein Production Sweden (PPS), where LP3 is included, met for its fourth annual staff retreat at LINXS in Lund.

The 27 staff researchers of PPS attending used the three-day meeting to discuss and reflect on the first 3.5 years of PPS operations delivering more than 1000 protein batches so far, present new method developments in PPS and plan further operations. PPS also used the opportunity to visit the large-scale infrastructures MAX IV laboratory and the European Spallation Source ERIC (ESS). Both being important collaborators for LP3 and a rare constellation of synchrotron and neutron sources important for Lund and Lund University as infrastructures enabling world-class science.
